Navan is launching a new AI-first product built for frequent business travelers, and we’re looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own how we position, articulate, and amplify this innovation to the world.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for messaging, value propositions, content creation, internal enablement, and competitive analysis — working across teams to craft a compelling and cohesive story. You'll also be hands-on writing marketing creatives, including ad copy, video scripts, and landing page content that resonates with our audience.

This is a critical role where strategic thinking, copywriting excellence, and cross-functional leadership come together.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and own the core messaging, positioning, and value propositions for Navan’s new product.

  • Write ad copy, video scripts, landing page content, and other creatives to drive awareness and engagement.

  • Build and manage internal enablement materials to support go-to-market teams.

  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to inform positioning and strategy.

  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, and Design teams to ensure a consistent user journey from messaging through experience.

  • Create customer-facing content (e.g., case studies, one-pagers, email campaigns) aligned to product goals.

  • Engage directly with beta users to gather insights and continuously refine messaging.

  • Help shape long-term marketing and brand strategy in collaboration with leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, or brand messaging roles, preferably at a tech company.

  • Native English speaker (must have).

  • Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills — able to craft sharp, emotionally resonant narratives.

  • Experience writing performance creatives (ads, scripts, social media copy).

  • Strong skills in competitive analysis, audience research, and positioning strategy.

  • Highly collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

  • Analytical mindset — able to gather insights and translate them into stronger messaging and campaigns.

  • Passion for innovation, AI, and delivering next-generation user experiences.
