WHATS THE MARKETING LEADERSHIP INTERN PROGRAM? Nationwides Marketing Leadership Intern Program (MLIP) gives you a preview of our Marketing Leadership Rotation functions within marketing including advertising, brand management, insight and analytics, communications, strategy and innovation. As an intern, youll receive high-impact, high-profile assignments and be regarded as a full-time associate. Youll also receive access to many of the elements that make the intern program an outstanding opportunity, including the following: Marketing assignments: Assignments will provide opportunities to gain a deep understanding of marketing as well as the customers, products, business models, strategies and people at Nationwide. Developmental training: Training is provided from day one and reinforced throughout the duration of the program. Coaching and feedback: You will receive coaching and feedback at the end of each assignment. Professional and social networking: You will have unparalleled access to key leaders at Nationwide and networking opportunities across the organization. WHO SHOULD APPLY?
