Role: On the Enterprise Innovation team, your experience and role on the team will include:
•    Immersion: Participating as a team member / contributor directly across one or multiple of our product innovation or advisory teams
•    Development: Learning and developing product innovation / strategy skills while also gaining a broader understanding of Nationwide
Responsibilities: 
Leading real work: Owning multiple projects that move the organization forward, including planning, collaborating and executing a series of analyses. 
Relevant strategic analyses:
o    Market Analysis:  Analyzing the competitive landscape, interpreting marketplace and sector trends, and understanding of economic drivers in a value chain
o    Opportunity Identification:  Identifying underlying business opportunities at the intersection of user needs and potential solutions spaces
o    Hypothesis Development:  Ideating elements of potential business models / products with an outline of critical assumptions that must be true for a solution to work
o    Business Modeling: Designing business model prototypes that bring to life critical assumptions

Skills/Qualifications Desired:
Desired Experience
•    Previous roles / background across business strategy, product management, or financial analysis 
•    Developing business strategies and financial models
•    Leadership on project-based work
Skills Desired
 •    Strategic Problem solving - Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to evaluate opportunities from multiple angles to see a path forward.
•    Financial Modeling – Ability to develop evaluative models that apply strategic and financial assumptions
•    Project Management - Strong project management skills such as organization, planning, interaction, collaboration and motivational techniques.
•    Relationship and Communication - Excellent relationship building skills. Good verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate across various levels of the organization. Operates effectively in an environment of deadlines and high workloads.
