As a Consultant, you'll lead teams of functional leaders, capability professionals and business partners to analyze and optimally deliver transformative solutions to optimize business functions and achieve sustainable performance objectives.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts detailed quantitative and qualitative analysis using the appropriate tools and technology.

  • Communicates ideas with poise through effective written and verbal communication.

  • Manages workstreams and prioritizes deliverables with self-direction and a dedication to quality.

  • Invests in professional development of self and of team members.

Reporting Relationship: Reports to Associate Vice President or senior executive

Typical Skills and Experience:

Education: Undergraduate Degree in STEM, finance, accounting or business administration; advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Five or more years of work experience; one or more years of post-graduate work experience.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Management consulting skills in areas such as operational excellence, transformation, mergers and acquisition, technology integration, growth strategy development/execution, etc.

Ability to lead transformation programs, employ analytics to evaluate and optimize operational processes, build proposals and business cases to address opportunities, rapidly onboard and mobilize teams, develop storyboards and develop and deliver executive presentations. Expert-level competencies in problem solving, core consulting, process optimization, and systems thinking and coaching to team members.

Other criteria, including leadership skills, competencies and experiences may take precedence.

Staffing exceptions to the above must be approved by the hiring manager’s leader and Human Resources Business Partner.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment; extended and/or non-standard work hours based on project and service delivery needs; travel as needed.
