POSITION TITLE: Sr.Developer, Enterprise Integrations
LOCATION: San Carlos, CA
POSITION SUMMARY:
- The Sr. Integration developer will develop technical designs and solutions for complex integration problems and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for various integration and data solutions. This person must be highly technical and a team player as they will be partnering with various stakeholders in business, engineering & IT organizations, working in a scrum (agile) model.
- Essential Tasks and Responsibilities
- Define integration development objectives by analyzing user requirements and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure architecture is aligned with business requirements; envisioning system features and functionality, and making pragmatic recommendations on enhancements
- Hands on design, development, deployment and maintenance of integration processes between applications across cloud and/or on-premise using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform (Cloud Integration, Application Integration and Enterprise web services APIs)
- Build Service Oriented and discoverable Web services and APIs
- Monitor trends in technology; research, validate, and build recommendations to implement new technologies, frameworks, methodologies.
- Ensure that projects and integration solutions deliver functionally, enhance integration platform, and adhere to the Natera's methodology and technical strategy.
- Ensure that integration design, performance optimization and tuning best practices and standards are maintained and adheres to the SDLC principles for software development
- Perform design and code reviews, creating clear and concise comments in code to aid understanding by developers and assist in code deployment
- Maintain technical documentation with all technical details and proper visual diagrams for easy understanding
- Administer integration and data platforms (Such as Dell Boomi, Workato, Mulesoft, etc.)
- Support and maintain applications within the production environment, including working with appropriate teams to troubleshoot and find the root cause of issues and respond to Help Desk Tickets in a timely and professional manner
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and third-party development vendors, and foster communication between teams that span the business and IT

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 5+ years developing and supporting Data Integration solutions
- 5+ years in Data Integration design and development, especially significant experience on the Dell Boomi platform
- 2+ years of integration experience using Dell Boomi as the iPaaS solution
- Experience and knowledge of APIs, Web Services, SOA, ESB, ETL concepts and tools
- Knowledge of eCommerce platform (Amazon, Shopify, etc) integrations and APIs
- Experience with creation of web services and integrate them in workflows
- Experience with cloud and application integration and B2B integration
- Experience designing & developing SOAP and REST-based web service
- SQL language proficiency on common database platforms such as Snowflake, Oracle or similar database management systems.
- Experience using relational databases, writing complex queries and a firm understanding of the underlying data
- Experience working with cloud, on-premises, and hybrid cloud solutions
- Experience defining version control procedures and assist in managing all environments and code releases on each
- Experience writing unit test procedures and documenting test results to ensure software system requirements are met
- Technical Skills: Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, Workato, EDI, JAVA/J2EE, Spring Boot, Micro services, Oracle Service Bus (or similar) and SOA using XQuery, XPath, WSDL, XSDs & development of database/file/jms adapters.
