POSITION SUMMARY:

The general purpose of this role is to help develop and execute a training curriculum for assigned functional areas. This role will apply in-depth product and internal process & tools knowledge for a specific business unit. In addition, this role will work cross-functionally to facilitate trainings, call coaching, as well as rep knowledge and performance assessment.

The position will work within a core learning and development support team made up of managers, team trainers, project managers and administrative staff. These teams work closely with internal and external partners/stakeholders to ensure alignment of rep and tool development.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead onboarding process for all new Patient Coordinator new hires.
  • You will become an expert in Natera's technology and service offerings and be able to present the company and its business interests: patients, physicians, and hospitals.
  • Help lead the patient coordinator training aspect for strategic and tactical processes.
  • Create and update the needed curriculum to facilitate ongoing patient coordinator development.
  • Provide call coaching development and assessment reporting for the Patient Coordinator teams.
  • Manage and develop the Patient Coordinator development and training intranet site.
  • Establish positive working relationships with all key customer segments (internal and external).
  • Cross collaborate with other BUs to develop and share best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of Call Center experience in an inbound and outbound capacity.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
  • Background in medical or biological sciences preferred
  • Previous curriculum development experience preferred
  • Proof of COVID vaccine required

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Outgoing personality with excellent oral & presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as execute tactically
  • Emphasis on competitive analysis and team-first attitude.
  • Ability to relate and educate our technology to potential patients and internal reps
  • Strong quantitative and MS Excel skills
  • Self-motivation, with the desire and capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must act with a sense of urgency
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills (written and verbal)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Duties are typically performed in an office setting however work from home will be an option.
  • This position requires the ability to use a computer keyboard, communicate over the telephone and read printed material.
  • Duties may require working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends) at times.
TRAVEL REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION:

  • Up to 25% travel expected.
