As a Director of Product, you will collaborate closely with our Chief Product Officer, leading a small team of product managers based in Israel while also directing a technical development team and the launch of new product features.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing guidance and support to a team of product managers, ensuring alignment with our strategic objectives.
• Collaborating with the CPO to devise and execute a robust product strategy in line with our company's vision.
• Directing a Product Oriented Development team, overseeing the translation of business goals into actionable development tasks.
• Conducting thorough market analysis and user research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
• Cultivating a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

If you have:

• 7+ experience as a Product Manager 
• 3+ years of managerial experience  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer science or Electrical engineering 
• Experience with B2C products (Bonus: consumer electronics)
• Experience working in startup environments and with subscription products
• Strong communication skills in English
• Experience working closely with Marketing, Sales & customer success teams
• Additional experience with cross-functional teams, SaaS, or hardware products would be advantageous
