Advising Global Operations and Technology teams on KYC requirements to build process flows and business requirements. Overseeing governance for AML-related customer screening. Advising analytics teams on AML-related customer screening tuning, testing, providing SME input on the results of above the line (ABL) and below the line (BTL) testing, setting screening thresholds, and analysis of test case results. Developing requirements and maintaining guidance for AML-related customer screening. Developing requirements and maintaining guidance for periodic review processes, overdue KYC files, and KYC backlogs. Assisting in the development of Key Risk and Performance Indicators.

Qualifications - External

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Law, or a related field (or foreign equivalent degree).

Experience: 7 years of experience in the financial or banking industry defining, designing and advising on business, functional or technical requirements; designing end-to-end process flows for KYC; mapping regulatory and policy requirements to KYC operational processes; designing key risk and performance indicators; news monitoring, search and screening systems (Factiva, LexisNexis or World Check); experience in banking regulatory remediation projects in the areas of compliance policies and financial crimes; providing AML/KYC-related SME support, quality assurance and testing (QA); program or project management and implementation planning (PMO); supporting development and implementation of KYC, CDD programs, policies and procedures, customer risk scoring models and working with operations and technology teams; and providing system selection and implementation support.

Other: Position may allow remote employment 2-3 days a week.

Other: Position requires up to 15% international travel.

Wage: $139,693 to $199,000 U.S. dollars per year
