Job Summary:

This position will drive change by executing processes and procedures required to support the governance of the Operational Change Management pipeline of change across multiple Lines of Business. This role is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of the EPMO and is responsible for executing associated plans, governance, issues, risks, and resource needs to achieve EPMO goals as it pertains to Operational Change Management. This position will work with various stakeholders to ensure Program adoption and provide transparency into Operational Change metrics.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of the Operational Change Management program, ensuring all change activity is being logged and reviewed according to program requirements
  • Partner with required stakeholders (Risk and Control Program Owners, Line of Business Process Owners, BURCO/BURM) to effectively execute Operational Change Management process and procedures
  • Ensure required stakeholders are trained appropriately on the Operational Change Management process and procedures
  • Execute all Operational Change Management controls to ensure timeliness, completeness and accuracy of the inventory
  • Execute required Operational Change Management reporting, distributing weekly reports to key Stakeholders and monthly escalations to EPMO Reporting team
  • Partner with Operational Change Management Delivery Methodology to ensure program procedures are updated consistently and accurately
  • Manage an inventory of technology improvements coordinate and execute UAT for ongoing technology enhancements (OCM PPP Module)

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience within a large, highly-matrixed organization with recent work related to controls, standards and governance
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Excel - intermediate standard; knowledge of how to download and manipulate large data sets e.g., define project management dashboards from multiple reports
  • MS Office - intermediate knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, Visio and Access
  • SharePoint - intermediate knowledge
  • Experience with process design and mapping, procedure writing, control development and execution
  • Ability to drive change across Lines of Business and within stakeholder teams at the leadership level of large-scale organization
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to communicate complex issues and ideas with clarity
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills
  • Strong work ethic, ability to make decisions with imperfect information, and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent consultative skills with ability to influence and align across organizational silos and work with a diverse audience at all levels of staff
  • Must be confident, self-starter, self-motivated individual who really enjoys the challenge that comes with driving, consulting, training, and mentoring groups on managing change

The typical base pay range for this role is between $70K - $85K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
