Key functions:

Champion Supply Chain Finance product initiatives to increase supplier revenue opportunities for our Buyer-Led SCF programs.

Job summary and responsibilities:

  • Take on commercialization activities associated with new supplier offerings and product enhancements
  • Support the global rollout of our supplier on-boarding model and expansion to additional geographies
  • Engage with acquisition and on-boarding teams on process improvement activities and cycle time reduction
  • Analyze & report on supplier acquisition results and related metrics for management actions
  • Partner with Supply Chain Finance (SCF) team members, broader MUFG cross-functional partners, and internal/external counsel to achieve desired results
  • Serve as back-up to SCF Manager for offshore documentation team and other external vendors supporting the function

Qualifications

  • Completion of a degree from a four-year college (e.g., B.A., B.S.)
  • A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. Previous work experience with Supply Chain Finance in a bank or financial services organization is a decisive asset
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to take charge, follow-up, and concurrently manage multiple activities
  • Excellent interpersonal/communications capabilities with the ability to work in a multifaceted/diverse team environment.
  • Strong oral and written presentation skills and comfortable working at all levels internally and externally
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment to achieve aggressive growth goals.
  • Foreign language skills a plus

The typical base range for this role is between $90K- $105K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and location.
