Intern Experience

Your internship begins with an MSCI Orientation which gives you a perfect foundation for the weeks ahead as you learn about our culture, values, and business model. Your learning continues 'on-the-desk' as you work through live projects and gain first-hand experience of how all teams at MSCI play a role in creating solutions for our clients. You will have a network of talented and approachable colleagues who will support you through every stage of the program.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities (Marketing)

Join us as a Marketing Intern at MSCI. As an integral part of our team, you'll help shape and refine value propositions, and create engaging content tailored to our diverse client segments, amongst other things. You will help to develop client personas, aligning product features with customer needs, and compelling value propositions that highlight the unique benefits of our products. You will generate engaging content across our channels to communicate product features and benefits, and you'll assist in market research, competitor analysis, and campaign optimization to drive product success.

Specific knowledge and skills

Experience and Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant undergraduate qualification, e.g., business, marketing, writing, English or related field preferred.

• Execeptional writing skills and an understanding of best writing practices for email, websie and social media.

• Intellectual curiosity with a passion for learning and driving product growth.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey product features and benefits.

• Navigate hurdles with entrepreneurial spirit and an innovative mindset to contribute to product initiatives.

• High attention to detail.

• Analytical skills to inform product decisions and optimizations.

• Ability to prioritize effectively and work under time constraints
