ESG Product Intern

Position overview

The ESG Product management team is looking for an intern to support them across various activities. The ESG business is growing rapidly and expanding and enhancing its product range. The intern will support several product managers and work on a range of projects. They will have the opportunity to learn about the fast-growing responsible investing field, the leading ESG products in the market and how investors are using them, as well as the skills and responsibilities required to work in a product management team in a global financial services company.

Your key responsibilities

Product Development:

• Cost / benefit analysis for new initiatives, including market analysis and opportunity sizing

• Prepare mockups and product scoping documents

• Assist in project coordination and prioritization

• Coordinate changes to applications, standard data feeds, and salesforce

• Support client communications and marketing related to new product launches and product enhancements, including product pitchbooks and factsheets

• Draft FAQs and supporting documentation to support client facing teams in answering client questions.

Internal/Coverage Support:

• Respond to questions from MSCI client coverage related to existing product features, functionality, pricing and licensing

• Organize periodic training sessions for coverage (lead portions of the training)

• Develop user guide and documentation.



Your skills and experience that will help you excel

• Students who are currently in their 6th, 7th or 8th semester studying Finance, Economics or

• Sustainability-related fields

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to move multiple project s forward

• Strong English communication skills for both internal and external communication

• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Ability to work autonomously.
