Workday Support (Employee Data Management)_Associate_HCM Employee Services (Night Shift)
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Workday Support_Employee Data Management Specialist to manage the employee lifecycle - hire to retire by partnering with shared services vendors to execute on mass uploads and system configurations.
In the Human Capital Management division, we provide advice and insight to attract, retain, reward and develop a talented global workforce, giving employees the support and tools, they need to succeed. This is an Associate level position within the HCM Employee Services which is an integral part of the Firm's Human Resources division providing fundamental operational support across all areas of HR on a global basis.

What you'll do in the role:
- Management of repeatable processes within the agreed upon deadlines, with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy by running data audits and working with HR partners/business/relevant groups to correct the data.
- Partnering with shared services vendors to execute on mass uploads and system configurations.
- Troubleshooting issues related to HR systems.
- Identification of process issues: Ability to identify process issues through day-to-day transactional work and/or audits and engage appropriate stakeholders to determine resolution.
- Communication/client relationship skills: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with various parties to translate stakeholder requirements into commercial solutions. The ability to articulate technical speak to functional stakeholders is key.
- Ability to partner with key stakeholders (i.e. operational services, global HR Ops teams,3rd party vendors, recruiting, payroll, compliance, tech etc.) to understand business issues and to propose solutions via process or technical means.
- Knowledge on EIB for data load, updated and integrations ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Should have knowledge on Org maintenance activities e.g location creation, job code creation, setting up schools and suppliers on workday.
- Able to work in US hours and handle stakeholders independently and manage deliverables in global environment.
What you'll bring to the role:
- Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with specialization in Human Resources (desirable).
- Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.
- Communication: Ability to build trusting relationships and interact/negotiate with stakeholders.
- Able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
- A team player who enjoys high volume, fast paced and dynamic environment.
- Good understanding of Workday, Business Objects, HR Onboarding applications, Taleo (or other Applicant Tracking Systems), HR Reporting and data analysis a plus.
- Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills.
- Microsoft Office skills in Power Point, Projects, etc.
- Must have a sense of urgency when working on assigned tasks and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
- Comfortable with learning new systems and technologies
- Ability to work independently to "figure things out" and be comfortable to propose solution
- Attention to detail and organizational skills a must.
- At least 5 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
