Your Responsibilities will Include: Analyze current mental health and wellbeing programs to assess competitiveness, determine gaps and identify opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally on wellbeing initiatives with teams across the Firm including HCM Business Partners, Diversity & Inclusion, Corporate Services, and Community Affairs Support the Firm's Global Wellbeing Board, including coordination of quarterly meetings, working group sessions, associated deliverables and engagement opportunities for senior leaders Coordinate awareness campaigns and educational webinars for employees on a variety of health and wellbeing topics, leveraging data to determine relevance and impact Design and execute onsite wellbeing initiatives, such as onsite preventive screenings and flu shot/immunization campaigns Manage day-to-day aspects of key mental health and wellbeing vendors and programs; ensure these programs run smoothly Bachelor's Degree required (degree in in business, human resources, kinesiology, nutrition, or another health-related field a plus) Masters Degree a plus 3+ years of experience in the health and wellbeing space, including corporate benefits, a health system, a wellbeing vendor, or a consulting firm Enthusiastic passion for improving the health and wellbeing of others Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $65,000 and $95,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
