Wealth Management (Wealth Management) : Job Level - Director

> Manage a growing team of 4+ individuals > Optimize team structure to efficiently onboard & train new team members while also having responsibility of executing tasks > Develop and refine communication cadence with US based stakeholders to share status of work, insights noted and efficiency opportunities > Act as manager while also participating in executing a subset of tasks > Exercise flexibility in work style and be able to work collaboratively with others on the team Experience > A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a people manager, preferably in the financial services industry > Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred > Problem solving skills and strong attention to detail > Knowledge of Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), FINRA and Investment Compliance Policies > Understanding of US financial products, trading rules and regulatory landscape > Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet strict SLAs > Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner > Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization > Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making > Ability to coach and performance manage a team while balancing a workload > High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
