The Counterparty Data & Regulatory Tech (CDRT) practice area is responsible for the systems that support the client and account onboarding, and the distribution of client and account reference data to other business functions across the firm. Analyse, design, develop, test, maintain, and optimize database components like schema, stored procedures, scripts, views, triggers etc. Execute data engineering activities like building ETL pipelines Take complete ownership of relevant modules Participate in analysis and design activities with application development teams Implement and manage company data management practices and policies Undertake performance turning and troubleshooting Perform remediation of database hygiene issues. Document technical requirements, specifications, and solutions Implement continuous improvement Mentor skills within the DB team Experience with enterprise-scale, real time, highly accessed transactional databases 12+ years of database development experience in Sybase/DB2 or any other RDBMS At least 8 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Experience in Big-data solutions like MongoDB, Elastic search, data lakes etc. 7+ years of experience in managing, development and tuning database code Experience on BOXI, Tableau and reporting 3-5 of experience of ETL development 2-4 years of scripting experience using Perl / Python Deep understanding of defect tracking tool such as Jira Experience/exposure to version control tools such as GIT Experience of working in Agile team.
