Vice President - Research & Strategy Analyst (Wealth Management)

Manager: Lead the expansion, and management of the function, including recruiting, training, career development and onboarding of new staff for the Global Investment Office in Mumbai Work with the International Team, Thematic and Macro Investing Team, Retirement Solutions, PC|XS team and other content creators to conduct research and produce content. Ensure quality service within SLAs to onshore senior leadership. Maintain appropriate staffing levels (recruiting, hiring, reassigning at peak times, etc.) Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines governing the function. Assist in writing content for Wealth Management clients on a variety of topics, including International Strategy, Thematic & Macro Investing, Retirement topics, crypto and general topics in cross asset strategy. Ability to leverage all available resources to create differentiated content for writing reports. 9+ years of relevant work experience, bachelor's degree Experience in managing / leading high performing teams. Strong analytical & critical reasoning skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively across teams and senior stakeholders. Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive change and foster a culture of accountability and excellence. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Deep knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint Excellent writing and editing skills, with an eye toward relatable digital content for an external audience. Comfort juggling multiple priorities; strong organizational and time management skills.
