Maintain subject matter expertise for work on the team and set best practice for all work that the team is accountable for. Build a high-performing team and motivate people while allocating workloads appropriately across the team. Understand and participate in work that the team performs to provide guidance (may include thought leadership ideation, marketing material design, and investment product design and enhancement, designing and maintaining reports and dashboards, etc.) Develop and provide ongoing training, including ensuring documentation of team procedures and best practices remains up to date. Advise on and implement processes to complete high-volume, high variety recurring and ad hoc investment work efficiently while ensuring high-quality output. Power user of the team's technology stack who partners with our Platform Solutions team on suggested enhancements to workflows. Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards to help plan, manage, and complete work in a timely manner, as well as deliver business intelligence. Drive the team to brainstorm ideas that improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance the client experience and lead efforts to determine which ideas will be adopted Participate in the hiring process and help implement a tailored onboarding and training program for new hires. Work collaboratively with leadership across geographies to ensure that work efforts are enhanced across locations and not duplicated. Provide metrics and updates to senior leadership. Ensure quality standards and SLAs for the team are met and work is completed on time. Required Experience: 9+ years relevant experience inclusive of direct people management experience. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 9+ years of relevant experience Success in a similar leadership/management role Intermediate to Advanced Excel knowledge Capable of effectively organizing a team to collectively accomplish goals Excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills.
