Build strong relationships with stakeholders by demonstrating the value of design and its impact on achieving business objectives. Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to align teams on user needs, product goals, and design strategies. Design and deliver responsive/adaptive solutions that are optimized for web and mobile interfaces and partner with engineers to translate designs into successful products Establish and advocate for best practices in user-centered design, accessibility, and usability. Collaborate and share work with other fleet leads to ensure consistency of UI and experience Provide coaching and guidance to UX team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence. Establish design guidelines and principles for institutional consulting products while leveraging and contributing to the Campfire design system to ensure consistency and efficiency in design execution. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
