U.S. Banks VP Business Resilience Tabletop Exercise Lead

Planning, facilitating, and overseeing tabletop exercises to assess and improve the U.S. Banks' preparedness, response capabilities and coordination during a potentially business impacting incident. 1. Exercise Planning: Design and develop tabletop exercise scenarios based on the U.S. Banks' risk assessments, threat intelligence and strategic objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders to align exercise objectives with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Create detailed exercise plans and logistical frameworks. 2. Lead and facilitate tabletop exercises, ensuring smooth execution and effective communication among participants. Manage the scenario progression, providing real-time inputs, and ensuring a realistic and challenging experience. Guide participants through critical decision-making processes and encourage engagement. 3. Proven experience in crisis management, or Business Continuity Planning Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills In-depth knowledge of risk management, disaster recovery and emergency response protocols 7+ years experience in designing and leading tabletop exercises for various organizational stakeholders. Ability to think critically, assess situations under pressure and drive group decision making. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of existing and emerging regulatory requirements on the financial sector regarding Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Strong understanding of industry best practices pertaining to Business Continuity Planning and Testing Strong relationship building and influencing skills. Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) certification or similar is a plus. New York Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $185,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
