UI Developer - Director - Software Engineering

We are looking for a skilled UI Developer with 6-10 years of experience to join our team. Continue to evolve and refine a design language that resonates with our clients Partner closely with UX to create design consistency and quality across the platform Foster continual design system education throughout the team Promote inclusive design, designing for equity and accessibility (ensuring WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance) Form strong partnerships with engineering teams to create frictionless design system implementation Implement and maintain processes tools for UX/engineering team to utilize our design system Review in-flight designs with Product Designers for holistic application of a design solution Contribute to a culture of continual creative improvement and innovation, excellence and accountability Understand the underlying needs and motivation of our clients to ensure we achieve business goals and provide value to our clients 6+ years of hands on experience in the development of UI application in Angular. Familiarity with user experience design principles and best practices Translating UI/UX designs into functional code, ensuring designs are technically feasible and meet performance requirements Working closely with UX designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a cohesive user experience Keeping up with the latest UI development trends, technologies, and best practices. Ensuring the user interface is fast, responsive, and scalable Ensure developed code is in alignment with system architecture and integration design standards, working with an enterprise framework. Analyze user requirements, envision system features and functionality. Produce proof of concept in the new areas of development. Provide technical support for debugging web applications, database and assistance to production systems. The candidate will support continuous improvement of the automated systems.
