Using statistical tools (Tableau / Power BI) to identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets that could be helpful for the diagnosis and prediction. Develop & update process documentation, work instructions and other tools to support execution. Collaborate with Global SPOCS's to work on interactive Metrics dashboards. Analyzing regional and global trends that impact both the industry & organization Preparing final analysis reports for the stakeholders to understand the data-analysis steps, enabling them to take important decisions based on various facts and trends. Minimum of 8 years' experience working in process analysis and dashboard designing Metrics and Dashboard experience using Advance Excel/ Power BI/ VBA or MS Access Hands on experience with data feeds, data reconciliations and databases Expert debugging abilities Advanced Excel skills Expert with adding VBA add-ins for MS applications Exemplary Visual Basics abilities Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into measurable action and present projects to management for evaluation and prioritization Ability to present data in easy-to-understand dashboards to various cross functional stakeholders. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, both large and small, with competing due dates and present status to management Ability to create detailed project plans and high-level milestones across cross functional teams to ensure projects are on track. Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time and communicate to management any concerns regarding resources, timeline obstacles and prioritization. Experience with PeopleSoft / Workday HRMS a plus Ability to work on project deliverables with minimal supervision and present status.
