- Coordinate India Technology regulatory activities, reporting, negotiations, and responses, focusing on business apps or business data to meet stringent local regulatory and business expansion requirements. - Perform an advisory role to technology for local India market regulations, firm policy & procedures, system dependencies and best practices. - Coordinate regulatory engagement for Technology Incident and stability management. - Build strong relationships with senior Technology, Business and Compliance stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in Technology Risk - Manage and deliver India specific and firm-wide Technology Risk change programs. - Promote risk education and awareness and provide senior management summaries as appropriate What you will bring to the role -Technology Professional with 10+ years of experience in Technology Risk, Information Security, Technology Development or similar subject-matter. - Knowledge and experience of the regulatory frameworks in India and their applicability to technology divisions within the Financial Services industry. - Proven track record in supporting trading, banking and/or investment management systems. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management either through project management or developer/quality assurance experience. - Strong analytic, problem solving and process improvement skills; ability to learn quickly and solve poorly defined problems. - Excellent verbal and written skill with ability to create high quality written documents that are comprehensive, accurate, and tailored to the audience. - Outstanding interpersonal, influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization. - Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities. - Understanding of financial market regulations (e.g. from SEBI, RBI, NSE etc.) specifically related to the trading, clearing or settlement of securities, futures, banking and/or fund businesses. - Hands-on technical background (e.g. system developer, integrator, QA and /or support). - Project management or business analysis background in the financial services industry.
