Develop hiring and talent attraction strategy including sourcing channels, diversity initiatives, time to fill, commercial focus, candidate experience. Manage team of recruitment professionals, develop their capabilities and drive achievement of hiring KRAs. Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies throughout the hiring process. Manage vendor relationships with external recruitment agencies or platforms. Lead initiatives, providing support across regions or businesses. Use data & analytics to continuously improve recruitment outcomes and processes. Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. IT/Technology hiring experience. Strong time management & stakeholder management. Experience in people management. Knowledge of any recruitment ATS. Bachelor's or Master's Degree. 12 + years' experience in Recruitment with exposure to FinTech hiring. 2-3 years' experience in a managerial or leadership role.
