The incumbent will be working in Middle Office Platform Organization to drive product development including requirement gathering, technical solutioning, dependency resolution and overall lifecycle management of the product. He/she will act as a Single point of contact as an SME for all Middle office products and services and the starting point for those discussions. Role act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment of goals and needs. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, conducting analysis, recommending solutions, and supporting implementation with strong analytical and communications skills, a deep understanding of Financial markets and products, and the ability to work effectively withing agile development methodologies. 10+ years of technical business analysis experience required in brokerage or related field. Must have deep understanding of Brokerage functions such as client onboarding, financials, trading, margin, lending, asset servicing, calculation of portfolio values. Great insight and Understanding of business processes, strategies, and operations. Experience with defining end-to-end process and data flow diagrams and experience with process flow tools. Must possess strong data analysis & modelling skills. Familiarity with data analysis tools Experience writing user stories with detailed and comprehensive acceptance criteria that can be used by development and testing teams using JIRA. Possess excellent interpersonal skills and can drive complex decisions with technology partners Experience of operating in Agile (Scrum) environment and understanding of Agile ceremonies. Bachelor education level in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience Candidates should have 10 years of Technical Business Analysis or product management in Brokerage or related field. 5-7 years of experience developing products or experience of product management JIRA tool experience Experience scaling technical infrastructure to meet the demands of global customers Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions Influences through others; builds direct and "behind the scenes" support for ideas Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team Shares knowledge, establishing trust, credibility, and goodwill Excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity Ability to work well with global teams, including time-zone flexibility Have a mindset and inclination to teach and grow the talent.
