Tech Finance & Business Management Professional

The successful candidate will report into the local team lead and be part of a wider Technology Finance & BM team. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and requires a strong resource who has excellent excel skills and can operate independently with a delivery-oriented mind-set. Develop, analyze, and present findings in response to senior management requests (Budget, Workforce, Program deliverables) Partner with IT Super Department leadership, Finance, Sourcing and Work Force Management Drive cross department efforts for annual budgeting/monthly forecasting, strategic investments, cost efficiency, etc. Report project cost to multiple levels of stakeholders in a clear, concise and transparent fashion Develop robust analytics and increase transparency to drive department strategy and management decision making Demonstrate good time management, resource management, ability to prioritize tasks and to meet deadlines across multiple projects - Produce and vet meeting content and materials for the stakeholders 5+ years of experience resource or budget planning - Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (Verbal and Written) Ability to work across functional disciplines and with all levels of the organization Ability to bring teams together toward a common goal who are not directly reporting to the same manager Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment while multitasking Demonstrates significant discretion and respect for confidentiality of sensitive information Well versed in the project lifecycle, project coordination or project management Strong Excel skills - able to analyze and manipulate large sets of data to inform stakeholders including shortcuts and formula functions, building charts and graphs, sorting and filtering data, utilizing pivot tables, macros - Superior PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project and general MS Office skills Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and strategic planning ability Understanding of general finance and accounting principles Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
