Syndicate Operations Project Manager

Serve as a subject matter expert within functional area, working with Team Manager to manage processes, risks and/or projects, proposing and implementing improvements/changes, Act as key problem solver for area or expertise, applying detailed knowledge to address unique or novel situations, recognize risks and draw out key issues, Coordinate work, train and develop other team members where required, including task allocation, and project contribution. Work with the Team Manager to run strategic projects for the global Syndicate Operations functions, supporting Global Capital Markets (GCM) in their Equity and Debt new issuance activity. Effectively collaborate across multiple global stakeholders, including Syndicate Operations, Technology, GCM Business Unit, Legal and Compliance, Risk Management and Finance Teams. Document detailed business requirements, impact assessments and functional specifications and work with technology to translate into future state, Manage consistent communication of project implementation progress, risks, and issues to team management, demonstrating timely and appropriate escalation of risks and issues, Act as liaison between technology and stakeholders for requirements, clarification or validation, obtain agreement and to close information gaps. At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role, Role is hybrid and will require in office attendance 3 days/week. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 60,000 and 90,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
