Our scope extends across multiple asset classes, providing differentiated, commercial content and first-class service.Role Description Work as a member of the Structured Investments & Solutions team within WM's Investment Solutions group. The team facilitates and executes derivative-based solutions alongside WM Financial Advisors with the goal of providing end clients with strategies to manage risk, hedge, or express a market views.Primary Responsibilities * Market derivative solutions to WM Financial Advisors ("FAs") * Support deal flow and transaction lifecycle management * Interface with FAs and clients on bespoke derivative solutions including educational presentations, strategy pricing, execution, and managing related support workflows * Liaise with team management on data analysis, platform efficiencies and strategic planning * Develop relationships with FAs, WM Field employees, Investment Solutions colleagues and partners in Legal/Compliance/Risk along with members of the Institutional Equity DivisionQualifications * Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., finance, accounting, math, economics) * Ability to obtain Series 7 & 63 licenses * Strong analytical skills * Dynamic and effective communication skills * Excellent organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, prioritize work, manage time and meet deadlines * Willingness and ability to operate well in a collaborative, team-oriented, dynamic sales and trading atmosphere * Working knowledge of capital markets; experience with derivativesWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
