Stress Testing PMO (Risk Management) : Job Level - Vice President

  • Drive governance framework and processes for stress testing in FRM, including due diligence, review and challenge, documentation, and senior management committees - Manage end-to-end coordination and completion of CCAR documentation, regulatory exams, internal audits and independent reviews - Lead project management of the Firm's risk management and capital planning initiatives within FRM, overseeing timelines, work streams, issue and action plan management - Produce documentation and presentations to effectively communicate key information to senior management and regulators - Work with stakeholders across FRM to ensure regulatory compliance, policy alignment and process efficiency improvements Experience/Skills - Experience in project or process management at financial institutions. - Detailed-oriented, able to handle complex processes and heavy documents. - Good listener, strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability and willingness to engage partners at different levels. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of risk management in financial institutions. - Experience in large institution capital stress testing (CCAR/DFAST) preferred. Job Posting Pay Range Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $120,000 and $200,000 year at the commencement of employment.
