Site Communications And Engagement Support, Associate, Company Management
We're seeking someone to join our team as an Associate to support our Global Center Management Teams, including our Chief Operating Officers (COOs) and COO Support staff . The role includes supporting sitewide communications, events and key meetings, expense management and special projects, as well as engaging with key internal stakeholders and partner across teams to support and deliver tasks. This role is based in Mumbai, India and reports into the US GCs Site Engagement Manager located in Alpharetta, GA.

What you'll do in the role
- Supporting the execution of our site communication strategies, including drafting sitewide emails, articles, newsletters, and other communication materials, managing content on internal websites, assisting with internal communications campaigns, and overall content tracking and management
- Remotely supporting events at our sites, including managing site event calendars and marketing, logistics and budget management support for internal events. Events include major office events, employee networking, social and volunteer activities, senior visitor engagements, and senior management meetings
- Support the budgeting and expense management process, including facilitating approvals, processing payments and expense reports, tracking expenses
- Support site programs aimed to build culture and increase employee engagement, including new hire experience programs, employee recognition programs etc.
- Assist with documentation of processes, tracking metrics, and implementing process improvements for the team
- Support the work of the COOs and site management with administrative tasks, including updating presentations and decks, meeting assistance, maintaining contact lists etc.
- Maintain and manage site documentation and key correspondence
- Contribute to special projects and support other Global Centers as needed
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive communications and documentation

What you'll bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in communications, business administration or a related field
- 4-6 years work experience in areas related to this role
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and deliver within time constraints.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, and tailor messages for different audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with internal websites and collaboration tools (HTML, Jive Platform, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint)
- Experience in internal communications, strong writing, editing, and content development skills
- Ability to track expenses and monitor spend within a budget
- Meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a high level of professionalism and a strong sense of accountability/ownership and ability to work independently.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
- A positive, enthusiastic team player who is willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Hybrid working (3 days in office) Monday to Friday from 6:00PM to 3:00PM India time with flexibility on standard working hours for time sensitive matters (including India Public Holidays).
