- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions. - Design and implementation of PKI and certificate management solutions - Improve and Maintain the existing and new products (Keyfactor, cert management orchestration), while designing and implementing new features - Design new deployments of Keyfactor based solutions - Work with consumers of the product to assist with integration - Solution remediation of hygiene and end of life PKI matters - Maintain documentation, assist customers through FAQ entries and consulting queries - Resolve issues escalated from users, infra and application owners - Interpret high level functional requirements to create detailed implementation designs / plans - Assist the PO and architects to establish strategic directions for the PKI solutions and future industry needs - Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives. - Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines. - At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.
