Senior Java Lead (VP)

Developing and designing Java batch processes Working with the team as a process-oriented lead and adhering to the organization's product development standards Working with other development groups to understand/gain access to the new Field Desktop Strong knowledge in object-oriented programming concepts and design Good understanding and experience in Java and JavaScript technologies Interactive filtering via visualization Strong data analysis and data quality assessment skills Excellent communication and written skills and willingness to work across time zones Client-side JavaScript technologies including AngularJS and JQuery SQL skills and a thorough understanding of database constructs Strong understanding of SDLC and proven track record of operational efficiency Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as planning, memory, tool use, and autonomy (experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, OpenAI Functions, etc., is a plus). Familiarity with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs or generative models. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $210,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
