Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

We're seeking someone to join our Security Design team as a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer in Cyber Data Risk & Resilience .In the Technology division, we leverage innovation to build the connections and capabilities that power our Firm, enabling our clients and colleagues to redefine markets and shape the future of our communities. This is a Senior Java Full-Stack Developer position at a Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for providing specialist cyber expertise and creating solutions that protect the organization's systems and networks against actual and potential security threats and vulnerabilitiesSince 1935, Morgan Stanley is known as a global leader in financial services, always evolving and innovating to better serve our clients and our communities in more than 40 countries around the world.What you'll do in the role: * Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions. * Provide technical leadership and vision for software development projects. * Implement and advocate for best practices in software engineering and design patterns. * Collaborate with Security Architects, actively looking for opportunities of automation and innovation * Work on integration with various other systems in-house * Integrate AI solutions to foster innovation and boost Security Design Review accuracy and efficiency * Conduct code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure software quality and reliability.
