Senior Investment Specialist, Traditional Assets, ED - Investment Management

Develop strong relationships with the Investment Teams and build deep knowledge across our investment capabilities, offerings and access vehicles. Partner with Sales Teams to identify new business opportunities and drive business growth for our fixed income, equities and multi-asset capabilities. Support market analysis, client segmentation and product prioritization to formulate sales strategies by asset class and geography. Engage with clients in conjunction with Sales to understand their investment needs and challenges. Develop and present tailored investment solutions to meet specific client requirements. Serve as a resource to the Sales Teams and Investment Teams in being responsive to client requests and delivering high-quality content. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities and anticipate client needs to design sales strategies and prioritize products. Collaborate with Product Development teams in creating bespoke solutions that address client requirements. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to secure business. Proactively produce content, support product onboarding and conduct trainings for distributors. Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of investment solutions. Provide outstanding support, service and advice to clients. Prepare regular reports on business development activities and results. Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services. Proven track record of developing and delivering investment solutions to institutional and/or intermediary clients. Investment and markets acumen with the ability to synthesize, distill, and articulate investment strategies in a straightforward manner. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. Demonstrated strength in building and maintaining strategic partnerships.
