Provide change management support on global initiatives which aim to transform the work of the HCM department Conduct stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis to be able to make strategic recommendations about change approach, inclusive of engagement activities, communications, training and go-live support Support Project Leads distill complex information into digestible and meaningful content for use in a wide variety of forums, including the creation of related executive talking-points and PowerPoint presentations Prepare and support the Change Management Lead meetings to both internal (HCM) and client (business unit and divisional) forums to various stakeholders Support team members and change champions across multiple teams/locations. Ensure consistent change management approach is used across the regional projects, then tailor for the needs of the individual project University degree and or 8+ years Change Management or Project Management experience Strong client focus with outstanding judgment, analytical skills, critical thinking, influencing skills, and verbal and written skills Ability to build relationships across the regions and functions, partnering with team members of all levels Ability to work in a fast-paced, high change environment Strong attention to detail with excellent prioritization skills Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage multiple demands and changing priorities Build a career with impact.
