Coordinate sales efforts across the region to ensure alignment and effectiveness. Work with the sales teams in conducting market mapping, client segmentation and prioritization. Conduct demand assessments with the sales teams to identify client needs and market opportunities. Manage the sales pipelines and track results to help optimize performance. Work with global teams on lifecycle management and sequencing of multiple private market offerings. Ensure documentation of sales activities in Salesforce. Develop and maintain sales reports and dashboards. Prepare presentations on the regional sales strategy, performance and priorities. Curate and organize roadshows to promote our capabilities across the region. Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to individual countries and clients. Collaborate with sales teams to set targets and monitor progress against goals. Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis and sales data. Facilitate communication and collaboration between sales, marketing, and product teams. Ensure compliance with regulations and governance for all sales activities Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within the sales organization. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services. Strong project management skills. Highly organized and disciplined with a strong work ethic. Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities for growth. Experience in organizing sales processes, roadshows and/or client events. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Results-oriented strategic thinker, who is an effective problem solver and embraces accountability.
