Support fellow Risk Officers to facilitate timely execution on the risk agenda and support the growing requirements, objectives and expectations of the Fraud Department Risk Management function (including support for Risk Hygiene items, Entitlement Reviews and Business Regulatory related data for Divisional Risk Committees, Fraud Risk Oversight Committee (FROC), Technology Risk Committee and regional committees as required) Support Global (e.g. FINRA, SEC, FRB, OCC, FCA, PRA etc.) regulatory exam request-related Fraud data reviews and assist with coordination as required Assist with maturing governance around regulatory risk program reporting, regular governance committees reporting, tracking of risks and issues, risk initiative project status and deliverables Provide oversight support for the New Product Approval oversight process as required Assist with collation of data for presentations across a variety of forums as required Find efficiencies and process improvement opportunities around sourcing supporting data, manage and socialize data management across Stakeholders within our organization Support and assist with coordination of ongoing engagement with 2nd line oversight from Operational Risk, Compliance and other key partners Drive process mapping (using Signavio where possible) across the global Fraud Division assessing current state and mapping out current processes and ways to optimize manual processes and improve operational efficiency and effectiveness as appropriate Support ongoing development of key risk dashboard and metrics insights for key operations priorities Ad hoc, supporting the delivery of various team and departmental projects as required identify gaps in understanding, and be receptive to constructive feedback. Minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience preferably in financial services and/ or legal and compliance College degree Strong quantitative and qualitative problem-solving skills Demonstrates an excellent understanding of Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with preparing reports for senior management Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to switch context quickly and work on multiple streams of work concurrently Ability to build and sustain relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization and leverage this to achieve work-related objectives Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. The successful candidate may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. The successful candidate may be eligible to participate in the relevant business unit's incentive compensation plan, which also may include a discretionary bonus component.
