The individual will cover a diverse range of responsibilities to facilitate operations and management. To be successful, candidate needs to have relevant educational background (finance, economics, engineering), relevant work experience (budget, headcount reporting, workforce strategy), exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines. Information processed in the department is confidential and thus the candidate must demonstrate high level of integrity. Primary Responsibilities • Responsible for business unit's preparation of management information, facilitation of recruitment of employees and interns • Handle space planning, budget tracking and other logistical activities • Experience with Business Continuity Planning, GOC documentation etc. • Liaising with HR, Global COO teams, Finance, IT, Corporate Services and with senior management within FRM Mumbai team, to run the daily COO tasks • Continually evaluate existing reports and processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness • Work on PowerBI dashboards to display data (good to have)What you'll bring to the role:Qualifications • Proven relationship building and collaboration skills • High level of expertise in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) - must have • Strong analytical and problem solving skills • Very good communication skills, both oral and written • Knowledge of financial products through industry experience or exceptional academic background in related fields (BS in Finance/Economics and/or MBA) • Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines • Team player with willingness to work with a wide-variety of stakeholders under, tight deadlines • 8+ years of work experience with at least 2 years in COO roleWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
