Partner closely with the Regional and Market Leadership Teams (including Service and Sales), and Market Service Coaches to develop local expertise and assist with implementing the modernization of the client service model Develop and execute strategic plans both Regionally and locally to support the growth and adoption of Wealth Management Platform tools and efficiencies in support of Wealth Management strategic priorities Lead, mentor and supervise a regional team of Field Trainers Partner with market leadership to develop customized plans to effectively drive initiatives for the location Deliver on-site and virtual training to promote implementation and address barriers to integration / authentic adoption Collaborate with business and product partners to identify opportunities for growth and deliver a comprehensive and collaborative method of communication and training for Financial Advisors and Support Professionals Analyze metrics to identify trends or deficiencies as well as re-align plans to address business needs Develop a network of peers and product partners to assist with high level issue resolution and elevation of issues Share the impact of ongoing initiatives through reporting of applicable metrics, applicable metrics, training impact, and field perspectives Coordinate the Regional Market Service Coach program in collaboration with Market Business Services Officers (including managing nominations and resignations, providing feedback and monitoring performance and contributions, checking the Jive site, sharing success stories, training and communications) Actively participate in regional and national calls and meetings to stay abreast of key topics in order to effectively cascade communications within the Region as well as participate in conversations around these issues Support continuous learning to create a greater impact while fostering engagement and collaboration Become a Subject Matter Expert on relevant initiatives, projects and tools Maintain strong relationships and liaise with key partners throughout the Region and Home Office (e.g., spearheading various platform pilots and/or national rollouts locally within the Region) Administer other duties as delegated by the Regional Management team, Head of Field Training and/or Field Service team Minimum of 5 years' work experience in a field relevant to the position Four-year college degree or professional certification preferred Active SIE, Series 7 (GS) and Series 66 (AG/RA) or Series 63 (AG) and Series 65 (RA) required Willingness to obtain Series 9/10 licenses Industry leadership experience preferred Knowledge/Skills Financial industry and product knowledge preferred Expert knowledge of PCs, MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and internet applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Exceptional organizational and time management skills Proven ability to employ cross-platform experience in a blended learning program Ability to analyze data to determine where training is required and demonstrate results Ability to interact and communicate effectively with colleagues Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities Proven leadership and mentoring ability Experience with change management Self-starter, must be able work independently, be flexible and detail-oriented Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously juggle multiple projects at once Ability to manage relationships, motivate and lead groups of people at various levels Ability to travel within the Region and Home Office as needed Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries. Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $135,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
