Development and calibration of data analytic models and tools using a variety of techniques including Machine Learning and Large Language Models. Collaboration with users to refine models and tools to deliver applications that provide tangible revenue or efficiency benefits. Develop frameworks for creating and managing sophisticated, data intensive models and the underlying data. Testing models and developing frameworks to test these models. Working with model risk management and other control function in the firm to ensure compliance with regulatory and firm governance. Working closely with development teams to ensure accurate integration into the firm's technology stack. Presentation of the team's work to management and stakeholders. A PhD in quantitative field and additional industry experience. Practical experience in statistics, data analytics or artificial intelligence with knowledge of how to develop and test mathematical models in an industry context. Knowledge of Python with experience of data handling and building prototypes of mathematical models. Knowledge of Java and experience of software development lifecycle and Agile development an advantage. Ability to work collaboratively and to present concepts and solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
