WM_Technology Practice areas include: Analytics, Intelligence, & Data Technology (AIDT), Client Platforms, Core Technology Services (CTS), Financial Advisor Platforms, Global Banking Technology (GBT), Investment Solutions Technology (IST), Institutional Wealth and Corporate Solutions Technology (IWCST), Technology Delivery Management (TDM), User Experience (UX), and the CAO team. Client Platforms Client Platforms is responsible for defining and implementing an Automation Strategy across all applications supported by Wealth Management QA. Software Engineering This is Associate position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs. Read on At least 2 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, test case design, and defect management. Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and BDD frameworks (Cucumber preferred). Familiarity with version control tools (Git, Bitbucket) and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar). Good understanding of API testing and automation tools (Postman, Rest Assured is a plus). Good understanding of mobile testing and automation using Appium libraries Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams. Design, develop, and execute test cases using Selenium with Java and BDD frameworks (like Cucumber) Ensure test automation coverage for web applications and APIs and mobile applications. Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in an Agile environment to ensure high-quality deliverables. Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing to identify and report defects. Contribute to test plan creation, test strategy, and test execution reports. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth test execution and issue resolution. Maintain and enhance automation test scripts and frameworks. Stay updated with industry best practices and testing trends.
