The Project Manager role (AVP) primary responsibility is to drive platform and policy strategy, development and execution of enhancements within Advisor & Asset Retention, Recovery and Retirement. In addition, work directly with Senior Management on key project management and strategic initiatives.Position Responsibilities * Project Manage the development of business requirements with Platforms and Technology as it relates JPN Management, Account Retention Tool, Advisor Legacy Program * Point person for Field Leadership and Corporate Partners to develop and implement projects, specifically WM Analytics and Data, Technology, Platforms, and Finance * Ownership and primary contact for department platforms development and execution * Partner with Field Management and Advisors to strategize on business requirements to efficiently manage and service clients with their Team and Partners * Responsible for training, education and support on departmental platforms, dashboards and systems. * Analyze data to support these strategic initiatives and determine impact * Collaborate with platform users to understand and anticipate their needs and translate them into product requirements * Develop, implement and present key data and metrics to senior management * Maintain cross departmental relationships to advance Firm wide strategies * Perform regular or ad hoc metrics, reporting and trend analysis * Field communication and training creation and execution * Perform other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications * Minimum of 5 year of Wealth Management or Industry experience * Bachelor's degree required * Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on PowerPoint, Word and Excel * Understanding of web technologies and departmental platforms * Agile Product Owner experience a plus * Knowledge of Dataiku a plus * Self-motivated and able to work in a strong team and high activity environment * Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects, manage expectations and complete deliverables in a timely manner with exceptional attention to detailWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM MORGAN STANLEY:We are committed to maintaining the first-class service and high standard of excellence that have defined Morgan Stanley for over 89 years.
