Product Sales Enablement - Associate - Investment Solutions (Wealth Management)

> Maintain executives' calendars, schedule meetings, conference calls, and coordination of meetings > Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation; collecting all relevant details and preparing trip itineraries and communicating with trip organizers > Organize and submit expenses > Serve as a point of contact for facilities, technology, and escalations throughout the team > Plan, organize, and implement events such as team meetings, departmentwide events and off-sites > Set up and maintain mail groups > Take on special department projects as assigned by the department's Chief Operating Officer and perform ad hoc administrative responsibilities > Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of professional experience is required > Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and organizational skills > Ability to multi-task and adjust calendars based off escalation of issues that arise > Excellent writing and proofreading abilities, with an emphasis on accuracy, spelling, punctuation, and grammar > Excellent time management and organizational skills that reflect an ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks with attention to detail > Strong listening and communication skills suited for working collaboratively with a broad range of individuals and effectively interacting with colleagues both in the office and in remote locations, with external partners, and with clients > Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability > Ability to manage sensitive, complex, and confidential information > Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and administrative practices and procedures Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
