Provide global governance coverage and administrative support for Wealth Management and Investment Management business units and firm functional areas to respond to and resolve issues relating to the NPA proposals process and application Perform quality assurance of Wealth Management and Investment Management new product proposals and functional area due diligence documentation to validate that risk is adequately managed and ensure compliance with the firm's existing policies and procedures and alignment with strategic goals Provide monthly and ad-hoc update of the NPA program to key stakeholders Collaborate with Technology team and provide business analysis for NPA Technology initiatives by identifying, documenting, scoping and testing key application requirements to meet business need Ability to deal with difficult situations/individuals gracefully.
