Lead the implementation of a new content management system (CMS); refine requirements, business processes and change management strategies for adoption. Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to identify, publish, and govern HR content. Edit complex information into clear, usable content when needed (i.e., policies, processes, reference guides). Socialize and drive the application of content standards across various platforms. Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to improve Knowledge Management strategy. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or a related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience Experience with Content Management Systems such as AEM and basic understanding of AI is desirable, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinking and autonomy: self-starter, proactive, able to identify cause and effect, make good decisions with limited information. Project management skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively in a global and fast-paced environment.
