You will: > Ensure all control processes are executed in a timely and effective manner and that these are continually reviewed for opportunities to enhance the control environment > Maintain oversight over the daily, weekly and monthly net revenue and balance sheet reporting processes owned by the team members based in Sao Paulo > Analyze, review and report financial information to the Business Unit, Senior Finance Management and other key stakeholders > Develop knowledge of technical accounting and disclosure processes > Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders including the Latam equities trading desk, product control teams in Baltimore/Ny, Operations and Legal entity controllers. > An accounting and/or mathematical background > Experience dealing with derivatives (Equity, Commodity, Interest Rate or Credit) > A strong awareness and understanding of controls > A self-motivated personality and a strong attention to detail and accuracy. > Experience of working effectively with other team members, including those based in a different location At our foundation are five core values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - that guide our more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
