Product Control, Director/Associate, Product Controllers

Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segments Adhere to the Firm's risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards Manage the P&L who performs daily validation and substantiation of P&L and attributed P&L (Greek attributions) between Risk and reporting system. Prepare daily P&L reports for distribution to the business unit and finance managers for review. Understand the businesses supported including the strategy, products and inherent risks. Understand the risk & reporting systems and contribute to enhancing the control environment. Escalate issues in a timely manner to management. Contribute to Finance related projects, process enhancements, UAT testing etc. Other P&L related tasks and requests as required. In depth knowledge of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes Strong academic background including a Graduation in Commerce, specialization in Financial Accounting. Prior Business Unit/ Product control experience with knowledge of financial products is preferable. Strong analytical skills Attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
