Conduct regular code reviews to maintain high-quality coding standards. 10+ years of overall experience in application development, design, and architecture. 3+ years of experience in leading development initiatives / projects. Hands-on experience in Java, SpringBoot, and open-source server-side technologies development. Strong application design and object-oriented skills. Strong fundamentals of domain/event/message driven architecture and REST services. Hands on experience with modern distributed technologies such as messaging brokers (e.g. IBM MQ, Apache Kafka) and distributed caching solutions (e.g. Hazelcast). Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries and experience with RDBMS providers like Sybase, MSSQL, etc. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem solving and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of Data Structures/Algorithms. Experience with agile development principles, methodologies, and DevOps adoption of CI/CD/CM.
