Power Platform - Director - Software Engineering

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing, customizing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that enhance business processes and productivity. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet business requirements. Develop custom applications using Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate. Create and manage data visualizations and reports using Power BI. Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with best practices. Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Abide by Tech & Data Policies and Procedures and SDLC/PLC requirements. Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in developing and customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, and SQL. Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Dataverse. Familiarity with Azure services and integrations. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Microsoft Certified: Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
