Planning VEA Associate Desk Manager

VEA Associate Desk Managers may have a small number of Financial Advisor assignments. Proactively analyze client relationships and make recommendations to Financial Advisors on how to supplement the client experience Assist VEA management with coaching, development and training of new VEAs including assisting with training, reinforcement of policies and procedures Facilitate calls with Markets/Regions as it relates to marketing VEA services Effectively convey the VEA value proposition to Field leadership and Financial Advisors Support the Campus Recruiting process by attending and presenting the VEA role at career fairs, conducting candidate interviews and assisting with various recruiting efforts Assist with VEA projects across a variety of disciplines as needed Understanding and knowledge across all VEA services and offerings Assist Relationship Managers in putting together monthly reporting packet and documentation as needed Provide insight and feedback to Relationship Managers to enhance reports over time Assist with VEA training program as needed Assist with developing and maintaining training materials Bachelor's degree with a minimum 3-5 years of experience in finance, business development, management, sales, legal, accounting, education, military, or other business-related field Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required, Series 7 and 63 required within 120 days of hire Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills Exemplary organization and time-management skills Self-starter, able to work independently, flexible and detail-oriented Authorization to work in the US without durational restrictions Successful completion of background check and pre-employment assessment Our values - putting clients first, doing the right thing, leading with exceptional ideas, committing to diversity and inclusion, and giving back - aren't just beliefs, they guide the decisions we make every day to do what's best for our clients, communities and more than 80,000 employees in 1,200 offices across 42 countries.
